This company has managed my property since 2005. In my opinion, not only is EMS honest with regard to invoices but are also very reliable with reagrd to producing monthly statements and transferring the rental income to my back account. All invoices are provided to me upon request but, generally these are not requested since I have confidence that EMS takes every effort to be economical and conserve money. During Hurricane Ivan, when my property sustained extensive damage, not only were EMS present before the hurricane to ensure the property was secured, but following the Hurricane, worked tirelessly to ensure the repairs were completed as soon as possible. In general, I would rate their performance as outstanding, and would not hesitate recommending their service to others.
